Exchange Policy
Returns will be accepted for exchange only within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise should come in its original condition and packaging, unworn, and with all included accessories. Incomplete exchanges will not be processed.
For merchandise exchange, please include:
- Unworn merchandise with original packaging
- Your Name
- Order Number
- Reason for the Exchange
- Item(s) you wish to receive instead
- Original Invoice

Please insure your package through your shipping carrier and keep your receipt. Best Designer Bra Straps will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages in transit. Please allow up to 14 days to process returns.
What if I don't have my original invoice/packing slip?
You may exchange your merchandise without a invoice/packing slip. Please simply include the following information on a sheet of paper:
- The name and address under which the order was placed
- What item(s) you are returning
- The item(s) price(s)
- Reason for returning
- The item you wish to receive instead
- Send your return with that paper to the following address

Make sure you ship the merchandise with a trackable service option to ensure that we receive your shipment. We are not responsible for not received or lost packages in transit.
Have we received your exchange?
Please allow 1-2 weeks, from the time you mailed us your package, for us to receive and process your exchange. To check your order status, we need your order number and your billing zipcode. Include as much information about your order as possible, starting with your first and last name and the order number. Please send us an email through the Contact link and you will receive a reply via email.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 7-10 days for shipping. All orders are shipped from Montana.
Special large orders – allow 14 days.
US Orders - All orders will be shipped standard United States Postal Service (USPS) FREE of charge within the continental United States.
International Orders - Shipping charges will apply and are included in your checkout process.

Express Mail - Express Shipping is available. Cost: From $14.65. 3-5 business days, unless backordered. All packages ship from Bigfork, Montana.
Restrictions - We do not ship packages on weekends.
